Every assignment rests on proper employment contracts and declarations filed before the assignment starts. The corresponding documents are archived and can be shared with you for the event concerned.
Compliance and insurance
Working with an event provider also engages your responsibility. We document ours.
Insurance
Our activities are covered by professional liability and workplace accident insurance. Current certificates are available on request, both before signature and after the event.
Safety at work
Venue-specific safety instructions are built into the briefing for every assignment. Our supervisors check equipment, flag risks and record incidents in the end-of-assignment report.
Data protection
Data collected during a reception, a registration or an activation is processed on your behalf, limited to the agreed purpose and handed over at the end of the assignment. We apply the GDPR to all of that processing.
Documentation on request
Insurance certificates, proof of declarations, internal procedures: we share the compliance file for your event on simple request.
