Our approach

    Our approach

We do not supply hours of presence. We design an operation, prepare it, deliver it and report on it.

    1. 01

      Scoping

It starts with a precise reading of your event: the programme, the audiences, the constraints of the venue and the critical moments. We define what the assignment has to produce — a reception with no queue, controlled circulation, a service that keeps pace — before discussing resources. That scoping happens with you, based on the documents you share and, where useful, a site visit.

      • Formalised objectives
      • List of critical points

      Proposal

We translate those objectives into an operation: types of posts, presence windows, articulation with your other suppliers. Scoping the team is our responsibility. You receive a written proposal and a fixed fee, agreed before the event, with no hidden variables.

      Preparation

We build the team from our trained members, based on the real requirements of your event: languages, experience of the venue type, familiarity with the format. Every team member receives a structured briefing. A supervisor — coordinator or team leader — is appointed and becomes accountable for delivering the assignment.

      Delivery

On the day, our supervisor is present from set-up. They deploy the team, adjust the operation to the reality on the ground and absorb the unexpected. The assignment coordinator stays reachable for the whole duration of the event.

      • Continuous on-site supervision
      • Real-time adjustments
      • Time-stamped record of decisions

      Reporting

After the assignment we hand over a report built from field observations: how it ran, the flows observed, any incidents, deviations from the plan and recommendations for your next editions.

      • End-of-assignment report
      • Incident log
      • Recommendations for the next edition

    The supervisor's role

Every Simba assignment is placed under the responsibility of a Simba supervisor present on site — coordinator or team leader.

They prepare the assignment, brief the team, run delivery on site and write the end-of-assignment report. On site, they are your single point of contact: every request, every adjustment, every difficulty goes through them. The assignment coordinator stays reachable for the whole duration of the event.

    Our commitment

Our assignments are sold as a fixed fee, agreed before the event on the basis of shared specifications. Scoping the team is our responsibility. Our commitment covers the effective staffing of the agreed posts and the delivery of the described operation — not the commercial outcome of your event.

    Our platform

Our internal tools support the approach at every stage.

    Briefing

Every team member receives a structured briefing before the assignment, with read confirmation.

    Coordination

The supervisor runs the team in real time.

    Traceability

Times, incidents and decisions are time-stamped.

    Reporting

The report is generated from field data.
