Beforehand we analyse your reception plan, scope the operation and brief the team on your codes, your programme and your critical points.
On the day, our supervisor is present from set-up. They deploy the team, adjust the operation to the attendance observed and remain your single point of contact throughout the event.
After the assignment you receive a report detailing the flows observed, any incidents and our recommendations for your next editions.
