Before. We study the plans, capacities and programme to design a circulation scheme and place posts where pressure concentrates.
On the day. Our supervisor tracks the attendance observed, redeploys posts when pressure shifts and centralises exchanges with your teams and providers.
The debrief. We report the attendance observed, the saturation moments and the adjustments to plan for the next edition.
