Before. We build the set-up schedule with you and your technical providers, factoring in access, time slots and venue constraints.
On the day. Our supervisor holds the schedule, reorders priorities when a slot slips and stays the single contact point on site.
The debrief. After dismantling you receive a report with the outgoing inventory, the state of the spaces handed back and any deviations.
