Beforehand we build the set-up schedule with you and your technical providers, factoring in access, time slots and venue constraints.
During the event, our supervisor holds the schedule, reorders priorities when a slot slips and remains the single contact point on site.
After dismantling you receive an assignment report with the outgoing inventory, the state of the spaces handed back and any deviations.
